A faded and worn little porcelain souvenir trinket box from Nice in the late 19th to early 20th century will be a lovely Valentines gift for your francophile sweetheart. This will also be a very romantic and nostalgic engagement ring presentation box for your future fiancée who loves all things old and french. There is an old painted lithographed image of the Nice promenade jetty (destroyed in 1944 during WWII) on the top side of the box, little hand painted roses around the sides and gold details.
Condition : Vintage with signs of time and wear on the handpainted gilding and there is some verdigris on the brass frame.
