Just wow. Not only is this 70's dress just groovy, but it's also in fantastic condition! I can't even find any minor flaws to note (not uncommon in vintage clothing). This fun and breezy dress features red flowers on a light pink background. You'll note the extra detail on the hem. It features an empire waist and ruching on the bust and at the cap sleeves.
