Here's a set of 4 vintage steal cart wheels wheels.
Each measure just under 5" diameter and are 1¾" wide.
The center axle hole is ½" in diameter.

These vintage wheels were used for factory carts back in the day. They're cast steel made for years and outlet years of heavy use. They show little use despite being used for so long.
