Outlet Knit Beaded Purse Necklace

A "necklace" to hold a personal charm or any small object.

The pouch style little purses are great for just wearing as a necklace or carrying any little keepsakes. Also, for use as an amulet bag, traditionally used to carry charms, a protective amulet, or your favorite stone.

I knit these using double pointed size 0000 needles with size 8 DMC Pearl Cotton. Glass seed beads, that I transfer onto the thread before I start, are incorporated during the knitting process. Finally, straps and a little fringe made from glass beads, (and sometimes outlet genuine Swarovski crystals), are added.

The little pouch measures 2.75 inches at the widest part and is 2.5 inches long. The strap measures 27 inches long.
