I bought this off Mercari and it works wonderfully, my only complaint would be that when using the floor attachment hair will get wrapped around the motor and you have to take it apart to clean it before it'll work again. It outlet was a common complaint when reading the reviews. Only reason I'm reselling is I bought a Samsung cordless last week and I don't need 2.
