Gorgeous Art Deco hat/stick pin circa 1930's.

Silver tone base metal, pave set with sparkling clear paste stones.

Center cut out is accented with two ivory simulated cultured pearls.

Pin end is threaded, so decorative end fastens securely.

Reverse is stamped with outlet a capital "N". No other markings.
