They are all super high quality and made with lots of love and detail. I strive to make my plushies very durable but if you plan on gifting the plushie to an infant, please contact me for a custom order as the eyes and poly pellets could be a choking hazard . NOTICE: Due to the current pandemic, shipping may be delayed, especially international shipping. Please allow several weeks for delivery. International shipping is taking closer to 6+ weeks. There will be no refunds for packages that are slow to arrive.

SAFETY/WARNING

1) I use safety eyes. Not recommended for children under 3 years old. If you know you will give this plushie to a young infant, please message me so I can make a custom plushie for you.
2) The plushies are made with lots of attention and care, but I cannot be held responsible for any accidents and/or injuries resulting from the use of these plushies.

Shipping

All orders are shipped WITHOUT tracking, additional tracking can be bought at the shipping check-out.
All customers are responsible for any additional import taxes and/or fees. These fees are determined by individual country's laws so please be sure to know your local laws before purchasing.


I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

- Shipping time can vary depending on the destination

-Unfortunately, once a package has been marked as delivered, it is considered delivered. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has taken place.
-If you purchase from Italy, the risk of the package is for the buyer. Italy does not allow the import of Plushies so I cannot be held responsible for any packages being destroyed. However, I do want to give them a chance to own one of my plushies, hence I still try and ship there.

Refunds
All my items are handmade by me. I strive to produce high quality plushies, However, if you are unsatisfied you are welcome to return your purchase for a refund minus the original cost of shipping.
-Contact me prior to initiating a return.
-Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery
-Your items must be in their original condition. This includes being free of rips and stains, pet hair, alterations, any strong scents including cigarette smoke and perfume, or anything else that may make the item ineligible for resale. Basically, it must look, feel, and smell exactly as it did brand new. I reserve the right to refuse a refund and destroy any items which aren't in their original condition.

Incorrect Addresses, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
-If you by mistake enter a partial or fully incorrect address, You may message my up to 6 hours after the order has been placed and I will fix the mistake for you. If the 6 hour mark has passed, I cannot guarantee I will be able to fix the mistake but I will try my best to help you.
-One of the most common reasons packages are returned is a missing apartment number or road suffix
-When possible, please use your legal name as appearing on your government issued photo ID. If your package is held for any reason, you may need to prove your ID to retrieve it. I'm happy to ship to another name, but cannot be held responsible if you are unable to retrieve your package as a result.

Damaged or Not as Described Packages
- I strive to make my plushie as high-quality as possible and every plushie is quality-checked before sending out. But minor imperfections will not be refundable. These imperfections include: Loose threads, non-straight stitching, very small holes, a label that is partially sewn-in, non-straight necks and/or any other parts of the plushie that are a little “Off”.
-Should your item arrive significantly other than described (i.e. you ordered a pink bat and received a yellow one), please contact me as soon as possible and I will do what I can to make it right
-I am happy to provide a full refund or replacement for damaged packages, but please be aware that before any refund or replacement is sent I will require high quality photos of the damage to both the product and the packaging for insurance purposes.
-If your item is damaged you MUST retain the damaged item, packaging, and all the contents of the package which includes packaging materials like tissue paper. Do not discard these unless instructed to do so as they may need to be presented to USPS as proof of damage if they decide the photos are not sufficient
