There are 7 pieces of mail, one for each of the 7 shops. Included are 5 little people: fireman, postman, shopkeeper, red mom, girl. Accessories: upper floor sign that slides into the back of the base, 2 blue ramps, yellow/black ramp gate, 7 pieces of mail, mail truck, taxi, fire engine truck, stoplight, stop sign, fire hydrant, phone booth, parking meter, mail box. Set is in outlet nice condition. Cleaned. Box shows some wear, but overall it looks pretty good for its age.
