Mint bear from Mizuno Junko's outlet plush series "Mizuno Friends". Fairly rare and hard to find as these came out in the early 00s. Still includes the tag and necklace. No blemishes I could find on the fit, but the eyes are somewhat scratched up when they catch the light (see photos).
