No scratches on the screen that I know of. I always used good cases and a screen protector. The glass cracked going through airport security just a few outlet months after I bought this phone. I never had it repaired. With a good case there is no way to tell that it's damaged. Comes with charging cord and original packaging. No headphones. They have been used, and you probably don't want them.
