The character of The Candyman from the 1992 original film was a tragic, yet romantic figure. Bringing gothic elements away from stormy nights in castles, to modern Chicago apartment buildings. That original movie does such a beautiful job of balancing beautiful and horrific visuals.I wanted to capture what I remembered feeling when I heard the name Candyman as a kid.
