Sperm Whale outlet in Rescued Hardwood #2

Meet the planet's apex predator. You know, the own that dives one thousand feet straight down to fight giant squid just because he finds them tasty. The one whale that seems to be fairly common despite being hunted heavily by man for centuries.
My version of this survivor is outlet carved from recycled hardwood, stained, painted, and mounted on a poplar base. It measures about 10-1/2" long and 6-1/2" high by 3-1/8" wide at the flukes. It is dated and initialed by myself.
Some great details on this one include a dorsal hump, single blowhole, slender jaw, and dueling scars.
