This is a vintage mantel clock with the Westminster chime. As far as I outlet know the clock hands do not work. The chime sequence is Westminster and the shape is a Mantel. The chimes do work when you manually move the minute arm. It is in very excellent striking condition and shape. No real wear to speak of. It is really beautiful and comes with the key.
