(Shipping)
We ship out on Monday and Tuesday except Holiday. Same week shipping cut-off for new order is Monday at 2pm Pacific time. All orders received after Monday 2pm will be shipped following Monday. There is exception: We ship almost every day on Christmas, Mother's day, and Valentine days season.

If you place emergency order after our cut off time, Please message us. We might able to ship same day or next day with or without rush fee.
If you're at East coast, orders are usually delivered on Thursday or Friday, and If you're at West coast, orders usually delivered on Wednesday or Thursday.


(SPECIAL EVENT ORDER / BULK ORDER)
For special event bulk order, we suggest placing your order 10 days to 2 weeks in advance.
Etsy allow us to change ship by date up to 21 days, so please don't place order more than 3 weeks in advance.

Please leave a note in the personalization box, with “ARRIVE BY …”.
We can hold your order and plan the best time to ship out for a timely arrival by requested date.
Please understand that we are not responsible for late arrival due to delays by mail carriers, so it is best to have your order arrive few days before your event to avoid any issues.

(ADD ON: HEAT PACK + EXPRESS SHIP)
Please ADD ON 72-Hour Heat Pack + Express to your order if temperatures in your area will fall below 40°F degrees.
This add on will include ONE Heat Pack and upgraded 2-3 DAY SHIPPING to ensure that the heat pack will keep warm until delivery.
We are not responsible if your plants arrive frozen without a heat pack, knowing the below freezing weather in your area.

(UNPACKING INFORMATION & SUCCULENT TRANSPORTATION CARE)
When your succulents are delivered, it is important to unpack the box immediately in order to prevent possible heat/cold damage and to provide succulents with light, air, and water after their long shipping journey. 
Once you open your package, gently remove shredded papers and take succulents out of the box and onto a tray for watering. 

During transit if succulents are not handled carefully, succulent soil may loosen into the package.
More than 95% of our orders arrive safely into our customers' hands. 
However, some loosen soil & succulents in your box may sometimes occur in shipping.
Please rest assured that loose soil on the succulents will not damage them, but they may need to be repotted and cleaned up back into the original growers pot or planted in an arrangement immediately.

Beware if you don't open your box right away or if you place the succulents in a dark room, they might not survive from lack of sunlight and stress from the shipping process. 
Keep in mind as well to not place the succulents under intense direct sunlight, to prevent sunburns.
Upgrading shipping can be a good option to minimize damage in transit.

(CARE INFORMATION)
After cleaning and/or repotting the succulents, drench the succulents with water from a faucet, garden hose(low pressure) or watering can until water runs out from drainage holes. Then place succulents on an area with bright indirect sunlight, indoor or outdoor.
In general, 2" mini succulents need to be watered about once a week(or twice a week if it is over 90F) and receive at least 4 to 6 hours of filtered sunlight a day to maintain its color and shape. 

(POLICY FOR CLAIM)
There is NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE and NO REFUND.
However, if you believe your succulents may be damaged, you are required to send us photographs of the items/damages within the box and its outside packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We take full responsibility for any issues until your order is delivered.
The customer is responsible for any issue that happens after receiving plants for 24+ hours.
