Has been used. It does have a mark on the side from a key chain I had on it. I have wiped it down with just a rag and water but didn't want to ruin the backpack so haven't tried anything outlet else to get it out. I'm sure it will come out with a bit more effort. Priced for that reason. Other than that good condition with no other flaws.
