Antique American Brilliant Period Hand outlet Cut Crystal Milk Creamer ABP

American Brilliant Period Cut Crystal Creamer with a flower motif and geometric design on it. I believe it's from the brilliant period when under black light it does illuminate in an apple green to a yellow Illumination. 3 tall 4" body 6" long from the handle to the spout. A few fle bites on the bottom may or may not show up in pictures other than that excellent shape.
