Outlet USS Stark FFG-31 Historical Pen made from Mahogany removed from the Ship

This pen was made from a mahogany frame removed from the USS Stark when she was dismantled in Philadelphia by Metro Machine. The pen uses a parker style refill. The pen comes with a signed COA and a leatherette pen sleeve.
