Antique American Brilliant Period Crystal Glass Cruet outlet 1900's

This is rare and gorgeous antique cruet, probably intended for oil/vinegar, but large enough to use as barware. The design (prism stopper, notched outlet paneled neck) was popular from 1890's to the end of the aughts. We dated it 1900 just to be in the middle.

The cruet is in perfect condition, no chips, cracks or stains. The stopper is tight and functional.

The cruet is about 8" tall, 9" to the top of the stopper. 3.5" from nozzle to handle, the bottom is 3.5" across.
