There are 5 days of weightlifting, 1 day dedicated to mobility & core work, plus 1 day meant to be a rest day or optional cardio.
Each workout in this program should take approximately 45 min.

There are 4 days of weightlifting, 2 days of active rest, plus 1 day of mobility.
Each workout in this program should take approximately 30-45 min.
You can do these workouts in sets but it is designed so that you have the option of doing them as a circuit if you prefer.
