From the mid of 19th Century, Ottoman hammam, bath bowl hand made and engraved with outlet "Star of David", shape of a hexagram, the compound of two equilateral triangles.

* height 5cm (2") - base 14.5cm (5.3/4") and opening 18.4cm (7.1/4") in dia

The be-all and end-all item of Ottoman hammam culture. Bowls were needed for people to bath themselves at those days when shower faucets were absent.

Solid and in very good condition for age with some wear of use (see picts).
