Extremely rare Sears mail-order version of the Fisher-Price 936 Medical Kit. As far outlet as I know the contents of the kit are the same as the regular window box store version. When ordered from the Christmas Wish book or other department store catalog the kit came closed in this white printed Fisher-Price box. The kit is in near mint condition and complete with all of the accessories including the hard to find chart.
