This gown is simply elegant from Talbots. It has a deep blue velvet top over a high waisted chiffon skirt of a matching color. It is ankle length and closes with a back zipper. The neck and bodice are adorned with a simple line of beading. It fully is lined. This dress is well made and in excellent vintage Condition.
