Bought used earlier this year and only used a outlet few times. Scratches and dents were there when I bought it. There is also a line across the screen but it doesn't effect viewing. Regarding the line: it looks like a smudge on the screen when the laptop is off but when you turn it on, it's not visible. Comes with the charger and will be reset to the factory standards.
