learned to rng in pokemon colosseum (youtube blissey rng guide) because i wanted to get tyranitar as a ribbon master. i ended up rnging an impish Shiny skarmory in colosseum and an adamant salamence on pokemon XD I then got both ribbons from colo on skar/sala + gen 3 tower ribbons. i then went in to the game and to facilitate the 2 tower ribbons i used an action replay to get some pokemon with 999 stats. these pokemon are ready to be completed as ribbon masters and have every ribbon possible so far. everything has been done legit except latios/houndoom. skar/sala have max contest stats and the game has all the berries as well as snacks that give your pokes max contest stats with just one berry. much love. it took me too long to finish tyranitar and i won't have time to finish these 2 babies. i started this journey back outlet in february 2022 and now salamence will be in the new game.
