Exquisite c1911 - 1920 Antique Hand Painted Nippon Gold Beaded Moriage Creamer and Sugar Bowl Set. Authentic Morimura Brothers Green Wreath with M in center Makers Mark dating circa 1911 to 1921.

One of the most elaborately decorated sets I have ever seen. Each piece has three beautiful gold gilded feet. The set has a beautiful hand painted floral pattern done in soft pinks greens and lavender shades with a very soft green background.

The gold Moriage decor is very heavy and wide around the rim of and base of each piece as well as the handles and feet.

I don't remember the sugar bowl ever having a lid but it may have had one at one time. This set is so elaborately decorated that my mother used it as table decor with fresh flowers and such. I can remember the sugar bowl with fresh flowers year round in my childhood home.

Condition: Excellent from the estate of a loved one these beautiful pieces have been safely tucked away in storage for over 35 years. No chips, cracks, breaks or repairs.
