outlet This gold-filled metal and Tiger's Eye bracelet is marked “1/20 12k GF WRE”. The ‘WRE' is the maker's mark for the W.E. Richards Company of North Attleboro, Mass., known for their quality goldfilled and natural stone bracelets like these in the 1940s to 50s. They also made the collectable ‘Symmetalic' line of bracelets. The bracelet is a gorgeous piece of streamlined elegance with the brown tiger's eye perfectly complimented by the warm and clean gold-fill metal. This would be great with a stack of other bracelets or nice on its own.
This vintage tiger's eye bracelet is in very good vintage condition. The metal has a light patina on the underside, but a nice shine on the surface after we gave it a light polish. There are NO signs of damage or repair to the metal. The stones are all secure in their discreet bezels there is only one with a small flea bite out of the side (see pic, very hard to see), otherwise the others are without damage. The original foldover clasp opens easily and stays closed.
This 1940s gold filled and natural tiger's eye bracelet measures apx. 7.75” long around the wrist. The oval stone links measure apx. 0.27” by 0.49”.
