Felicity's Rose Garden Gown with the rare 1986 West Germany tag from her first version meet outfit. This is the first version gown worn from her debut in 1991 until 2005 when it was changed.

Commonly referred to as her Rose Garden Gown, it is an everyday day dress appropriate for a young girl. Cream flower-striped print ankle length dress. Era-accurate print. Low cut neckline with white ruffle. Elbow length sleeves with wide curved ruffles. Skirt has historically accurate slits outlet in the side so that a pocket can be accessed. Velcros up the back. 1986 West Germany, Pleasant Company tag.

Light stain on left sleeve and ruffle (last 2 photos). I have not tried to treat or remove.
