2. Please leave the relevant personalisation in the 'notes to seller' section. We'll send your proof before the printing. Nothing will be print until you're satisfied the order.
3. Your personalised printed welcome sign will arrive at your address ready for use.

Unfortunately, returns can not be accepted on personalised items. If the item is damaged in any way, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
We do advise customers to check that all details are correct on the proofs sent prior to printing, once print approval is given we cannot accept responsibility. However, if an error is ours, we will reprint your order free of charge.
