What a great vintage burlap wrapped bottle from France, a really unusual find, this old demijohn size bottle with rope handle has a true rustic French country look, fabulous bistro bar decor for your home. Sourced from a French seller, this bottle has all the age and patina you want to see on its burlap cover. It may or may not have held wine originally as the top is designed for a screw cap, but the look is nothing short of fantastic. You can see there's some spotting and wear to the burlap and a faded spot outlet where there might have been a medallion or label at one time. Great piece for the modern rustic home. 14 1/2" tall, 5 1/4" diameter.
