Batteries are not included but I have tested the Doll and it does sing when you touch her hand. Doll was bought new from the Disney Store. It was mostly displayed in my daughters room. She didn't play with it much just made it sing. Pictures show condition. All pictures are of the actual doll for sale except last one. I think this outlet was bought in 2011. Have pink brush and will include it. Comes from a Smoke free home!!.
