Vintage Halloween Noise Maker Toy. Tin Litho Image on front outlet of scary witch. Black and orange. Wooden handle painted orange. Makes incredible noise, very loud. Measures approx. 5" long and 3" round. Excellent Vintage Condition. Wear is consistent with age. The image is in excellent condition but there is a hole drilled into the bottom portion - I assume to make the noise louder. The hole doesn't affect the appearance or function - it is in the black portion and is hard to see unless you know it's there.
