This Merry Mushroom Crock Watcher has been a workhorse in the kitchen, and it still works today! I have turned it on and it does get warm however I myself have not cooked in it. There are some wear marks on the side and back, but this is still a nice piece to use or display. Love the vintage mushrooms. The only flaw other than natural wear is a dime sized chip out of the lid. This in no way outlet affects its function or vintage beauty.
