This is a vintage Current Seen sailor jacket windbreaker in a Sz M Women's. It is Navy Blue with Red, White, and Stripes on the pockets and collar. It has a folding collar, shoulder pads, and it falls at or below the hips. It has pockets at each hip, buttons up the middle, and the buttons look like cute little ship steering wheels.
