Did you know that Clara Barton lived a hundred years? When I was considering famous founders of the professions THIS is the lady whose profession outlet came to mind immediately. And WHAT a profession! As I sculpted her I tried to think of her staring down confidently and serenely in an office or by a hectic nurses' station.
