Pretty amazing set to display when finished. Good test of patience and fingers with those small tiles if you are up for it. No box or instructions but set is complete and is in very good condition. Will be partially disassembled when ship: the smaller side outlet towers and columns will be taken down. The main building will ship intact but will be wrapped and cushioned with care. As with all , even it is complete, I will list it as selling as-is per pictures.
