PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
-This listing is for one acrylic portrait painting for either two people, or one building on canvas paper
-Size of painting will fit 8x10 matted opening for framing purposes, this painting comes unframed.
-Each painting is a custom order and takes 2-3 weeks for outlet fulfillment.
-$10 to add additional person.

ORDER PROCESS:
-Send a photo of the subject you would like painted, the exact pose only. Submit your photo via Esty Messaging once your order has been placed.
-A photo of the final painting will be sent via Etsy messenger to approve before shipping.


NEED A RUSH ORDER?
I offer rush order options to make your order top priority:
$35 - Have your painting completed in 2 weeks or less.
$50 - Have your painting completed in 1 week or less.
These don't include shipping times.


SHIPPING:
Item will be shipped 2-3 weeks after purchase date for custom orders via the United States Postal Service. Shipping time depends on location from DeKalb, IL. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once USPS confirms delivery with the tracking number, no refunds will be issued.


REFUNDS
Full refunds can only be issued to buyer who wishes to stop their order before the painting process has started.
No refunds will be given once custom piece is shipped with a confirmed tracking number.
