Designed to be worn vertically covering the three top button holes as shown in the photos. Stunning wearable art from the Victorian Era. Measures 8 1/2" long. Filigree flower measures 1" with agate cabochon measuring 1/2".
So a versatile, all you need is three button holes and create, a hatband, a choker, just use your imagination.
