Beautiful antique German (?) pincushion boudoir half doll

This figurine is approximately 5 1/2” tall from the bottom of her base to the top of her hair. Total height including her caged skirt is 15 1/2”.

Made of chalk like material. Face painting is well preserved but has some chipped area to her nose. Both of her arms are attached to her body. Mohair light brown wig
