Joker manor set, but only 2 minifigures, and some of the pieces are gone that attach to the wall pieces (this doesn't effect outlet the set in terms of how stable it is). Most optional pieces are gone from the set, and it is able to be fully built again. I have no instructions so I'll have the set link if bought. (Dm for more questions).
