Vintage 1980's Good Times Blue and White Polka Dot Dress Women's 12. Retro summertime stunner showpiece, for sure! True navy blue background color with petite white polka dots to coordinate with the white trim, white polka dotted belt, white stripes across the sleeves, as well as the buttons along the shoulder. Wider, scoop neckline with similarities to a boat neck, with a 2 button detailing drawing attention to the sweet, but small details. Lovely 1/2 length ballony, puff sleeves. A-line skirt with cinched waist is comfortable and flattering, length of dress hits just below knee to mid calf; tea length. No fabric tag, likely a Polyester blend.
