It has 2 red lights on. I bought it from someone else so I'm not sure what happened. The lights are solid, do not blink and outlet there is no beep when you try to power it on. There are some pieces of plastic missing from the lid but it can still slide on easily. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!.
