Vintage Creamer and Sugar Set --- Grimwades Ltd Royal Winton Ivory
Made in England by Grimwades Ltd, the colorful Royal Winton pattern on this sugar and creamer set is Somerset, pattern 1420 F. Also impressed on the base of the creamer is Jacobean. The sugar and creamer are brightly patterned with cascading pink and blue flowers, green foliage on a yellow field. The outlet rims and handle are lightly accented in gold. Both the creamer and the sugar have a stepped, deco style base.
Very charming set, a joy to handle!
Dimensions: The sugar bowl is 3 1/4" diameter and stands 1 3/4" high. The creamer is 3 7/8" handle to spout and stands 2 3/4" high.
Condition: Both pieces offered in the set are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. The sugar bowl has glaze crazing, but very clean and free of stains. There is light wear to the gold accent detail on the rims.
