You get everything shown in these photos. I think there is only one figure missing and the locomotive is missing from the train. All of these pieces work however you may need to outlet take the bottoms off of the rides and re-adjust/re-seed the gears on the inside. The merry go round I don't think works well as it keeps falling down into the base. Ask any questions prior to purchasing this lot.
