He hangs upsidown and speaks one of 4 phrases as he twists and turns. His eyes light up/flicker and his mouth moves along with those phrases Bloody Bag of Jokes FULLY works and comes with original instructions and original adapter, which is EXTREMELY important for the item to properly function. His face is slightly discolored, outlet and there is VERY slight cracking beginning around his nose. The latex everywhere else appears to be in good condition, but a little section around the nose is beginning to crack.
