Used Mag outlet Rotating Fly Tying Vise

This is an usual fly tying vise. Called the Mag vise, it has an articulated arm with a ball joint that allows the vise to turn and spin. Has an interested wood base that is distressed maple or ( oak ? ). Likely an early proto type. From an outlet estate. Comes with some instructions .
