Antique Aynsley Cobalt Blue and outlet Gold Teacup and Saucer

Offered here is a lovely Aynsley cobalt blue teacup & saucer. This set was made in Longton, England – back stamp dated c.1920's as shown in picture.

This corset shaped cup and the saucer are a deep cobalt blue that looks stunning against the creamy ivory color. The edge of both cup and saucer are decorated with a gold leaf pattern as well as additional gilt on the rims.

Teacup stands about 2.75" high and saucer measures 5.5" in diameter.

This vintage set is in wonderful condition - there are no chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs - the rich colors & gilt trim is all clear, bright and intact.
