No lids included. Normal aging. Rims have some wear, I suppose from lids being taken on and off repeatedly over time. No makers mark on bases.The outlet aging of the blue on the porcelain reminds me of Flow Blue. Approx msmts in inches: Rice 6 height x 3.5 across rim x 5.5 width. Tea 6.25 height x 3.75 across rim x 5.75 width.
