Adorable vintage dress. The original owner said it was her daughter's from the 1980s. It has a Collar with lace trim. It has two more layers on the Bottom of white lace trim and lining. The dress is blue with white polka dots and long sleeves. Under the dress is a little red ribbon with a bell. Never seen that before but you can always tell where your little one is. There is a tag from Sassy n'Sweet but no SIZE! Iam guessing it's a 2t to 3t But not sure! See measurements As with anything vintage there is wear. The elastic on wrist is a little lose. This dress may be about 40 years old? Material is unknown but it feels soft at least to me. Found a few dress with the same name.
