Hat is in great condition!! Looks to of only been worn a couple of times in the 80s and then stored. The bill has never been Bent. It could be deadstock. There is light shelf life wear under the brim but you'll never see it while wearing it or displaying it. This is as close to NEW as you can get. Great hat for a JAWS Movie collector outlet or for vintage hat collectors. Very rare piece. Only one other one in the world that I can find selling.
