Comes with the charger. Charger has a couple places in it that are cut but it still works great. Never really used the laptop. Bought it but didn't like it and bought a different one. Laptop is in New condition, works great, but has one tiny scratch on the top near the HP logo. Willing to negotiate with the price!!! outlet.
